Red Light Therapy (Dayton Only)
Red light and near infrared light therapy is also called photobiomodulation (PBM). They are non invasive therapies that can have a host of health benefits. Studies have shown they may lead to increased energy, decreased inflammation, improve the appearance of skin, boost collagen production, improve quality of sleep, and much more!
Red light is part of the visible light spectrum that we naturally get from the sun. Near infrared light also comes from the sun, however it is not really visible. We feel it more as heat! The isolated red light and near infrared wave lengths during therapy provide all of the same benefits as we would get from the sun, but without the harmful UV rays and sunburn!

How long are Red Light Therapy Sessions?
- Typically sessions are 7-15 minutes
- We recommend sessions at least 2-3 times per week but the most benefits will be obtained with 4 or more times per week
- Our therapy panels have hundreds of red lights and infrared lights on them to cover as much surface area on your body as possible. When red light and infrared light waves penetrate your body, the light is absorbed by cells in your skin and deeper tissues. These specific wave lengths trigger your cells to start producing more energy. When cells start to work harder, we notice the benefits!
